We came already the third time and it was amazing as always...this is how ALL hotels should be but sadly aren't. Friendly and swift check-in, clean and new rooms, comfy not too soft bed, smart indirect lighting, fair parking price (13 Euro/night), room card can be used for getting in/out of parking and can be left in a dedicated box when checking out and no reception check-out needed, 10-15 minutes to city center by car, subway is a few minutes by walk, cooled beverage counter with beers, cider and softdrinks near reception, Gluten-free bread option on demand (Even Schär, the best brand!!), breakfast buffet has many and options and overall outstanding quality if compared to other hotels even in higher price category.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The staff were polite, attentive, and always available to accommodate any request. The rooms exceeded our expectations for a short stay; impeccably clean, well-maintained, and styled with the most charming modern pink aesthetic. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious buffet-style breakfast that kept us full and energized for the day ahead.The hotel is also very easily accessible by public transport, making it super convenient to get around the city without any hassle. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for couples, students, or even siblings looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.

The hotel receptionest and all staffs are very nice , smily and helpfull , reception and restaurants and lobby are wonderfull, rooms and bath are very clean and furnitures are new, only negative point is there is no refrigarator and kettle in room. We asked reception and they sent kettle within 5 minutes . Thank you very much for all holiday inn the niu loco staff - i will stay this otel again if i come munich I advice everyone to try this otel . Perfect otel !!

The breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh ingredients and proper service. Nothing too much, but again everything is there. A very well organized garage with an acceptable price. The hotel is neat and clean, the beds are a little softer but good. A very good business hotel with an acceptable price.

In short, a small but comfortable and clean room for a couple of nights. The shower is quite small, but if your acrobatics allow, then it's not a problem. Breakfast was delicious. There could have been more choice of salads/vegetables.

When we arrived the lady on reception was very welcoming and smiling, check in was very easy, parking garage felt very secure and easy to use with large parking spaces, room was well decorated and very clean.

Good hotel - pink colors look better in reality than on photo. Good (standard) breakfast, pancakes are done by machine just in front of you. Very convinient location - just 5 minutes from U-banh station (goes every 10 minutes to city center) and P+R next to it.

Loved this place, the funky decor and disco balls, was clean and welcoming. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice. Location perfect for us as near relatives but not the most exciting - well connected though. Easy to walk into the English garden.
